Utilizing Splashtop SOS, we can remotely connect to your device (PC or mobile) and diagnose/repair/install/configure for you. In many cases, your issue can be resolved during the connection session – eliminating the time and expense associated with an in-person visit.
OTHER SERVICES
Data Recovery – $100/Minimum
If you lost your data due to a hardware failure, we can retrieve it for you.
Data Transfer – $150
If you did not buy your computer from us, we will transfer all your data from your old computer to your new computer. Note: There is no charge for this service if you buy your computer through us.
Data Backup – $100
During any service, if you would like a copy of all your information on a portable device, just let us know. Device to be provided by you. If you would like us to provide the device, we will bill you accordingly.
DSL/Cable/Fiber Setup – $100
We will install and configure your new Hi-Speed Internet Service.
Wireless Setup – $100
We will setup your devices on your existing wireless network or setup your wireless network for you. We will also password protect it for you.
